Please pre-register on the Mindbody app for all HIIT classes. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to prepare for all classes.
Flow
Flow: Heated power vinyasa with a focus on alignment, breath, fluidity, strength and endurance. Open to all levels of students but geared toward intermediate and advanced practitioners. Taught in a heated and humidified room.
Slow Flow: Gently heated power vinyasa, where we slow down and take the time to focus on explaining each posture. “Slow” doesn’t necessarily mean “easy,” but if you’re a beginner or coming back to yoga after a break, this is definitely where you should start.
Cardio Strength
Get ready for a heart-pumping, full body workout! In Cardio Strength we blast through cardio and plyometric drills before grabbing our weights, which we lift from yoga-inspired poses. These classes are intense, so be prepared to work and sweat. Taught in a heated room.
HIIT
HIIT45 & HIIT60: Get ready for a combination of strength, cardio and plyometrics with the use of TRX, Bosu, slam balls, dumbbells, resistance bands and jump ropes. Most classes follow a 45/15 interval structure, where you work for 45 seconds and take a 15 second rest, however our instructors will mix things up from time to time to keep you on your toes! Classes are in a non-heated room. Clean tennis shoes required.
HIIT75: 75 minutes dedicated to going a little harder and longer, with working timeframes anywhere from 1-20 minutes. A combination of strength, cardio and plyometrics with the use of TRX, Bosu, slam balls, dumbbells, resistance bands and jump ropes. Non-heated but be ready to sweat! Clean indoor tennis shoes required.
