Before your first class…

Hydrate and fuel: Drink plenty of water and have a light snack. We have water bottles for purchase ($3) and a water-fill station if you bring your own bottle.

  • Attire and shoes: We recommend wearing athletic attire, form fitting pants or shorts. If you are taking HIIT, please bring in clean indoor tennis shoes. If you are taking yoga, please bring in your yoga mat and towel. Don’t have a yoga mat or towel? First time is on us, $2 per item after your first class.

  • Locker rooms and storage: We have cubbies and lockers for storing your belongings along with full-service locker rooms and amenities where you can shower and change.

When you arrive

  • Check in: Please arrive 15 minutes early and check in with the front desk. We will prep you on everything you need to know, from class style, to room set-up, to instructor introductions and everything in between. Please be aware that the front door locks at the start of class and late comers will not be allowed in. We appreciate your cooperation in arriving on time.

  • Etiquette: We’re here to support each other! This is an amazing community and we like to keep it that way. Bring good vibes in to the space and treat others how you would like to be treated. To preserve the experience and respect the practice, we do not allow cell phones in to the studios. We also ask you mute your smart watches. Please stay for the entirety of class, even savasana (it’s arguably the most important part!)

In the studios

  • Safety: Our classes are designed to push you to your limits (especially Cardio Strength and HIIT), but it’s important to listen to your body and remember that you are in control of your practice.

You’re not alone

  • We know this can be intimidating, walking in to a new studio, but we’ve got you! We are so excited you are here and we’re here to help you. If you have any questions before you arrive in studio, please don’t hesitate to reach out. It’s going to be fun, TRUST US!
